Terms and Conditions for Training Courses

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers:

  • Refunds are not available once enrolment is confirmed. Participants unable to attend the original course may transfer to a future date or nominate a substitute attendee, with at least three days' written notice before the course start. If the original booking was at a discounted rate, the full published price for the alternative course date will apply.

Course Fee & Payment:

  • Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Instalment plans, if available, must be approved and adhered to as agreed.

Access Duration & Intellectual Property:

  • Post-completion access to any course materials is granted for the period specified at enrolment. All course materials are for personal educational use and are the intellectual property of Digital Dialog.

Technology Requirements:

  • Participants must meet the technological requirements detailed on the course page to ensure full access to the course and any supporting materials.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law:

  • Disputes should be addressed to the success team in accordance with our internal procedures. These terms are governed by England and Wales law.
